About the RoleThis exciting opportunity is part of our Adult Community Mental Health Team in Bury St Edmunds, with satellite bases in Haverhill and Sudbury. We're seeking a dedicated professional to join our team, offering a chance to make a real difference in people's lives.
You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, managing a caseload under The Care Programme Approach, undertaking initial assessments, and attending multi-disciplinary team meetings. Your day will be filled with variety, from face-to-face visits to outpatient clinic appointments.
