Job Summary

This is a key role within the Staffing and More (SAM) team, responsible for leading the functional design for the consultant experience in staffing. The successful candidate will be a key member of the SAM team, collaborating closely with Staffing colleagues across Global, Regional, and local office teams, as well as broader global functions.

The Product Owner will be responsible for managing the design and implementation of future SAM functionality, gathering business requirements from staffing stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to harmonize and simplify processes across the organization.

This is a critical role in a high-priority project that is core to our organization. The successful candidate will need to have a consultative approach, subject matter expertise across change management, project management, and transformation, and be able to effectively tailor their communications to stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the design and implementation of future SAM functionality
  • Gather business requirements from staffing stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to harmonize and simplify processes across the organization
  • Work closely with the SAM development team on key design decisions
  • Ensure a functional design and change requests align to the system and operating model guardrails

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and preferably an advanced degree
  • Experience working in a global team, across cultures and time zones
  • Experience in world-class professional services, ideally with first-hand experience of project staffing processes
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence without power
  • Familiarity with agile processes
