We are seeking part-time Bar & Restaurant Team Members to join our team at The Marine Hotel in Whitstable. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent customer service, this could be the perfect role for you.

The Marine Hotel is a beautiful coastal retreat located just outside the picturesque town of Whitstable. Our hotel boasts 30 elegant bedrooms, many with sea views or private balconies, and our historic Grade II Listed building has recently undergone a refurbishment.

As a Bar & Restaurant Team Member, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive a warm welcome and exceptional service. If you don't have previous hospitality experience, don't worry - we can train you and teach you everything you need to know.

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. If you are a people person and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

As a Bar & Restaurant Team Member, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to our customers, taking orders, and serving food and drinks. You will also be required to work as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of our bar and restaurant areas.

We are happy to consider applicants who do not have previous hospitality experience. We can provide training and support to help you develop your skills and knowledge.
