The Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Restaurant Team Member to join our team at The Marine Hotel. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and friendly service to all customers, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food delivery.
- Manage cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
