About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Restaurant Team Member to join our team at The Marine Hotel. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and welcoming service to our customers
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Take ownership of your area of responsibility and strive for excellence in all aspects of your work
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and drinks offerings
  • Upsell and promote our products and services to maximize sales and revenue
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the business, including working varied shifts and covering absences
