The Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Restaurant Team Member to join our team at The Marine Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty among our guests.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food and beverages, meeting the expectations of our discerning customers.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Support the management team in achieving business objectives, including sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
