**The Role**

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar and Restaurant Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and contributing to the overall success of our pubs and restaurants.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders, serving drinks, and handling cash and card transactions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and revenue growth
