Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and welcoming service to customers, ensuring that they feel valued and appreciated.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to high standards of hygiene and health and safety.
- Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders, serving drinks, and handling cash and card transactions.
- Contribute to the success of our pubs by actively promoting our products and services, and providing excellent customer service at all times.
