National Account Manager – Ecommerce/Amazon
Permanent Futures is excited to be working with an amazing, multi-billion £ non-food FMCG business with a portfolio full of well-known brands we all use every day. As our new National Account Manager – Ecommerce/Amazon, you will have the opportunity to manage one of the business’s top-tier accounts on Amazon across their market-leading portfolio of consumer goods products, which equates to a large % of the business’s turnover.

This role involves developing a rolling 3-year account growth plan, collaborating with senior commercial teams and buyers to identify and grow opportunities within your brands and categories, monitoring product sales and EPOS, attending monthly strategic meetings with key stakeholders, collaborating with Marketing Teams to optimise categories and search terms, managing Visual Merchandising, monitoring competitor activity, and completing regular forecasting to ensure solid forecast plans are in place.

Your skills and qualifications required for this role include a minimum of 3 years' experience within National Accounts within non-food FMCG, experience managing across Amazon or Ecommerce platforms, strong verbal and written communications skills, a positive and proactive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently and across functions.
