About this Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development and Business Manager to join our team in Manchester and Liverpool.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets, managing relationships with key retail partners, and working closely with internal teams to execute marketing and merchandising initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key retail partners, ensuring outstanding service and product performance.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing and merchandising initiatives.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to adapt strategies and maximise revenue.
  • Regularly visit accounts and retail locations to strengthen relationships and optimise product placement.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in field sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
  • FMCG experience.
  • Clean driving license.
