Sales Business Development Manager

**New Roles** Remote Home Based Sales roles available.
First role to cover M1/M18 corridor up to Newcastle-Upon-Tyne and the second to cover M1/M11/A1 corridor.
Both roles will involve extensive travel so you will be ideally live in one of the areas mentioned above.Occasional visits to the Head Office in Surrey are required.

The Role:
To achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory by effectively selling the company's branding, product and related services. You will be responsible for new business generation and account development.
Day to day KPIs:
- Regular account visits to deal with sales and service issues
- Ensure CRM updated with all sales activity
- Account management within specified geographical area
- Quarterly account review including analysis of actuals versus target on both spend and write off
- Prospecting within assigned geographical area
- Demonstrating products and services to existing/potential clients and use consultative approach to help them understand what suits their needs
- Conduct telephone calls and in person visits to existing and new prospects including conducting presentations
- Research the market and database to develop prospects
- Develop clear and concise written quotations/proposals
- Expedite the resolution of any queries or complaints
- Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical team
- Continually analyse customer demand in territory
- Take part in regular national team meetings presenting activity, pipeline and forecasting
- Keep updated with current and future market
This person must possess demonstrable experience of B2B sales preferably in a direct complex selling role, be results oriented and have an aptitude for problem solving and solution providing. Must be proficient in MS Officeand contact management software.
