About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to join our commercial team at Permanent Futures, a leading market player in the FMCG industry.

This exciting opportunity offers a unique chance to develop your skills and expertise in managing key accounts across various channels, including Grocery, High Street, Online, Discounters, and B2B.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales professional with a passion for building strong relationships with buyers and delivering commercial results.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with the Head of Sales and National Account Manager's to support key accounts across different retail sectors.
  2. Develop and maintain effective relationships with key customers and buyers.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions.
  4. Assist in commercial duties such as profile management, forecasting, negotiating, and organizing price changes, range reviews, and promotion plans.
  5. Prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in national accounts within an FMCG environment.
  • Proven track record of success in supporting or managing key accounts with major retailers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ambitious and keen to progress in their career.
