Business Development Manager

We are excited to partner with a renowned £multi-billion non-food FMCG business, offering a dynamic and challenging role as a National Account Manager for their Amazon portfolio.
About the OpportunityThis is an exciting chance to lead the development of a 3-year account growth plan, collaborate with senior commercial teams and buyers to identify and grow opportunities within your brands and categories. You will monitor product sales and EPOS, analyse data to drive sales growth, attend strategic meetings, and work closely with marketing teams to optimise categories and search terms.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Growth Strategies: Create a rolling 3-year account growth plan and collaborate with the senior commercial team to identify and grow opportunities.
- Monitor and Analyse Performance: Track product sales and EPOS, and conduct further analysis to help drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Attend monthly strategic meetings with key stakeholders within the business.
- Optimise Categories and Search Terms: Work with Marketing Teams to enhance categories and search terms to drive traffic to product pages and generate interest.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in National Accounts within non-food FMCG.
- Experience managing across Amazon or e-commerce platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Up to £55k salary.
