Internal Sales Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Internal Sales professional to join our team in Grimsby. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating and following up on customer quotations
  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinating back orders to meet delivery deadlines
  • Supporting the operational team with spare parts management and supply chain optimization
  • Providing cover for the stores team during annual leave periods

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience
  • Background in manufacturing, MRO, PPE, or trade counter environments (full training provided)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
