At haart, we're looking for a skilled New Homes Sales and Community Liaison Specialist to join our team in Grimsby. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for working within our New Homes Site Sales office, where you'll register client details, book and conduct property viewings, and negotiate offers between developers and buyers. You'll also be working closely with your team to deliver success and consistently high service standards.
We're seeking an individual with a demonstrable track record of success within a target-driven role in Estate Agency, ideally with knowledge or experience working within New Homes. A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service is essential, as is enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge and skills to drive your career within the property industry.
As a New Homes Sales and Community Liaison Specialist, you'll be rewarded with a basic annual salary ranging between £18,000 to £25,000, dependent on your experience. - Maintaining momentum throughout different responsibilities and tasks, keeping multiple plates spinning, not literally
- Being a team player and wanting to do an excellent job, the WIN-WIN-WIN for you, the team, and most importantly, our customers
- Believing in yourself and your abilities and not being afraid to show it
We're a forces-friendly company, offering many Estate Agency roles to those considering leaving the forces. If you're looking for an exciting career where you feel part of something bigger, and where your excellent communication skills come into play every single day, then the world of property sales and lettings could be for you.
To be eligible for this role, you'll need to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of a passport, birth certificate, proof of address, and national insurance number. This role is subject to passing probation and completion of one year's service.
