Job DetailsWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Orthodontic Specialist Sales Representative, ideally who already has a network of contacts in the Orthodontic field to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This role offers the flexibility to be based anywhere in the UK, with the expectation of traveling to Scotland at least twice per month.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our existing customer base in Scotland while driving nationwide growth of our orthodontic specialist customer base. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers in Scotland, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identifying and engaging with potential orthodontic specialists across the UK to expand Clear Correct's market presence.
- Developing and executing a strategic sales plan for Scotland and other key regions in the UK to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Educating and training dental professionals on the benefits and usage of Clear Correct products through presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on training sessions.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven sales experience in the dental or orthodontic industry, preferably with a focus on clear aligners or related products.
- A strong understanding of the dental market in the UK, with existing relationships with orthodontic specialists being a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A willingness to travel, particularly to Scotland at least twice per month.
- A valid UK driving license.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including:
