About the Job

We are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Consortium Professional Recruitment Careers. As a key member of the procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimise supply chain performance, improve supplier relationships, and reduce costs.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in procurement and commercial strategy, with experience in stakeholder management and negotiation. A collaborative approach and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams are essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities include managing supplier relationships, developing and implementing procurement strategies, working closely with the sales team to align buying strategies with customer needs, and monitoring pricing and negotiating with suppliers to ensure optimal prices and service levels are achieved.
