Supply Chain Management Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Warehouse Coordinator to lead our warehouse operations. This is a permanent position on a 12-month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities:- Warehouse Operations: Lead the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage logistics call-off activities, dispatch, shipping, and delivering goods. Maintain open communication channels with third-party logistics providers to ensure efficient management of daily activities and processes.
- Safety and Compliance: Protect the health and safety of warehousing employees by implementing a site safety culture. Conduct risk assessments, implement countermeasures, and mitigation plans to address identified risks.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and calculate team member performance and adherence to safety SOP.
- Inventory Management: Manage packaging and raw material stock using SAP and standard work to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Quality Control: Ensure standards set within the production area are adhered to through coaching and observing standard work (Quality, Safety, Operational, and People).
Experience and Skills Required:
- Education: MS Office proficiency, Food Safety Level 2, SAP, Numerical Ability to record, analyze, and interpret data, Warehouse Management Processes and Systems.
- Skills: Experience leading a team in a FMCG organization, ability to inspire and motivate a warehouse team.
