Job Title: Orthodontic Sales Professional
About the Role: Straumann Group is seeking a skilled Orthodontic Sales Professional to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers in Scotland, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and engage with potential orthodontic specialists across the UK to expand Clear Correct's market presence.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for Scotland and other key regions in the UK to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Educate and train dental professionals on the benefits and usage of Clear Correct products through presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on training sessions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the marketing and support teams to ensure cohesive and effective communication and service delivery.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the dental or orthodontic industry, preferably with a focus on clear aligners or related products.
- Strong understanding of the dental market in the UK, with existing relationships with orthodontic specialists being a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid UK driving license.
