We are seeking an experienced Office Services Coordinator to join our team at InnovateHer. As an Office Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support, and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver top-notch customer service to both internal and external clients
• Manage and maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards
• Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and filing
• Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and clients
• Respond to facilities-related issues, resolving them promptly and efficiently
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and visitors
Requirements:
• Prior experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for providing excellent customer service
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others
What We Offer:
• Attractive salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
