Job Description

We are seeking an Office Operations Coordinator to join our client's legal team in Manchester. This permanent position offers a competitive salary of up to £26,000 per annum, with hybrid working arrangements available after probation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, including maintaining case files, coordinating events, preparing documents, and ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Responsibilities
  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of case files, documents, and correspondence.
  2. Coordinate events, training sessions, and promotional activities.
  3. Prepare documents, court bundles, and client data rooms.
  4. Handle administrative duties such as billing, expenses, and correspondence.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure deadlines are met and services exceed expectations.
