The Mechanical Systems Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Senseco Sprinkler Systems team with the management and maintenance of mechanical administration systems.

They work alongside the team to provide support with day-to-day administration tasks, ensuring the database is updated, diary coordination is completed, and assets and contact details are correct and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the database is updated with sales logs and lost sites

Coordinate diary entries

Verify asset and contact information on the database

Obtain quotes from suppliers

Review and send out sub-contractor purchase orders

Order necessary parts and equipment, ensuring purchase orders are collated in the most economical manner

Return parts promptly when incorrect or not required for works, arranging credit as necessary

Perform general administration duties, including data entry and responding to emails and telephone calls

Ensure all necessary paperwork is obtained and processed promptly, including purchase orders and engineers' worksheets

Send out remedial quotes

Maintain a professional and customer-centric attitude at all times

Provide assistance to the Projects Team as required

Skills Requirements:

Proficiency in computer software

Excellent written, oral, and numerical skills, with a strong telephone manner

A strong attitude towards career development

Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to oversee and deal with multiple tasks

Ability to work as a team member, with the flexibility to work independently when required

Understanding of financial matters and ability to work within budgetary constraints
