Administrative Support Specialist

The Mechanical Systems Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Senseco Sprinkler Systems team with the management and maintenance of mechanical administration systems.
They will work alongside the Senseco Systems Sprinkler admin team to provide support with day-to-day administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the database is updated with sales logs and lost sites.
• Coordinate diaries and schedules.
• Verify that assets and contact details are accurate and up-to-date on the database.
• Obtain quotes from suppliers and ensure prompt return of parts when incorrect or not required.
• Order necessary parts and equipment, ensuring purchase orders are collated in the most economical manner.
• Undertake general administration duties, including data entry and responding to emails and telephone calls.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork is obtained and processed promptly, including purchase orders and engineers' worksheets.
• Provide professional and customer-centric support at all times.
Requirements:
• Computer literacy and excellent written, oral, and numerical skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work as a team member.
• Ability to understand financial matters and conform to budgetary constraints.
Competencies:
• Proven history of success within a customer service environment.
