The role of Senior Administrator for SEN School is a critical position that requires a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead and coordinate all administrative functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general support services to the Headteacher and wider Leadership Team, including PA services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, with experience in managing administrative staff and coordinating events, meetings, and visits. They will also have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administration, including monitoring support systems, undertaking line management responsibilities, and supporting the organization and effectiveness of academy events. They will also be responsible for working with the Partnerships and Enrichment Coordinator to manage external communications, including the school website and social media platforms.

The role requires a high level of autonomy, with the ability to work independently and make decisions in a timely manner. The successful candidate will be a team player, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
