The Role: We are seeking a qualified and experienced SEN teacher to join our team at Philosophy Education. The successful candidate will work with a class of 6 pupils with special educational needs, teaching a broad curriculum that supports students to make academic, social, and emotional progress through a range of class-based and enrichment learning activities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Teach a class of 6 pupils with special educational needs
* Work alongside experienced SEND teachers and leaders in curriculum planning and preparation
* Collaborate with dedicated and experienced support staff to support pupils across all learning and development activities
* Develop and implement a broad curriculum that meets the needs of pupils with special educational needs

Requirements:

* Qualified teacher with experience in a special needs school or mainstream primary or secondary teaching
* Ability to work with pupils with a range of learning disabilities from moderate to severe
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
