About the Role
The Philosophy Education team is seeking a highly skilled HLTA to support the development of complex pupils in a SEMH Primary School in Sidcup. As a key member of the school's support team, you will work closely with teachers to provide interventions and cover classes, promoting the academic and social-emotional growth of students with a range of learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of day-to-day and academic skills in complex pupils
- Provide interventions and cover classes across the school, working closely with teachers to achieve learning outcomes
- Take responsibility for agreed learning activities, both in and out of school, under an agreed system of supervision
