The Senseco Sprinkler Systems team is looking for a highly skilled and organized Assistant Administrator to support the management and maintenance of mechanical administration systems.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Senseco Systems Sprinkler admin team to provide support with day-to-day administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the database is regularly updated with accurate sales logs and lost site information.

• Coordinate diaries and calendars to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Verify that assets and contact details are correct and up to date on the database.

• Obtain quotations from suppliers for parts and equipment necessary for works.

• Check and send out sub-contractor purchase orders in a timely manner.

• Order parts and equipment in the most economical way possible, ensuring purchase orders are collated efficiently.

• Promptly return parts when incorrect or not required for works, arranging credit as needed.

• Undertake general administration duties, including data entry and responding to emails and telephone calls.

• Ensure all necessary paperwork is obtained and processed promptly, including purchase orders and engineer worksheets.

• Send remedial quotes to customers in a professional and timely manner.

• Demonstrate a professional and customer-centric attitude at all times.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.

The Assistant Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the mechanical administration systems, working closely with the Senseco Systems Sprinkler admin team to provide support and assistance as needed.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.

Proficiency in computer software and systems is also essential, with the ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to changing situations.

The Assistant Administrator will be a key member of the Senseco Sprinkler Systems team, working closely with other team members to achieve goals and objectives.

They will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data, as well as providing excellent customer service and support.

As such, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a customer-facing role, with a focus on excellent customer service and support.
