Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Process Manager to join our team at NEC Software Solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a challenging role that will see you lead and develop a cohesive team across multiple locations, ensuring the smooth delivery of Major Incident Management processes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and own end-to-end processes within NEC's Major Incident Management framework.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team split across multiple geographic locations, with a focus on effective people management.
  • Measure, monitor, and review team performance using KPIs and CSFs, aligning with business objectives and IT strategy.
  • Maintain compliance through audits, documentation management, and adherence to ISO 20000 standards.
  • Collaborate with process managers to ensure a comprehensive ITIL-aligned service for stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of demonstrable Service Management experience, with a focus on Major Incident Management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, resource allocation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of ISO 20000 Service Management Standard and ITIL v3/v4 frameworks.
  • Ability to lead from the front, mentor direct reports, and drive team success.
