Job Title: Service Management Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Service Management Expert to join our team at NECSWS. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Job Description:
As a Service Management Expert, you will be responsible for leading and managing our Major Incident Management process. This includes developing and owning end-to-end processes, leading a cohesive team, and measuring performance using KPIs and CSFs. You will also ensure that the team is performant and skilled to the appropriate level, allocate work within the team, and support bid responses and service offerings with business stakeholders. Additionally, you will maintain compliance through internal and external audits, review documentation, and implement continual service improvement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and own end-to-end processes for Major Incident Management
  • Lead a cohesive team across multiple locations
  • Measure performance using KPIs and CSFs
  • Evaluate team performance and implement improvements
  • Support bid responses and service offerings
  • Maintain compliance through audits


Requirements:
To succeed as a Service Management Expert, you should have 5+ years of demonstrable Service Management experience, with a focus on Major Incident Management. You should possess excellent customer service skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills. You should also have working knowledge of infrastructure and application technologies, as well as ITIL v3 Foundation certification. Desirable qualifications include ITIL v4 Foundation certification.

Benefits:
