Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct thorough credit checks, manage new accounts, and ensure secure credit insurance for large clients. You will also be responsible for proactively addressing overdue payments, negotiating payment plans, and resolving any credit-related issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough credit checks and manage new accounts, ensuring secure credit insurance for large clients
  2. Proactively address overdue payments, negotiate payment plans, and resolve any credit-related issues effectively
  3. Enforce credit policies by placing overdue accounts on hold and escalating issues as necessary
  4. Oversee daily and monthly credit control activities, monitor credit risks, and manage order releases
  5. Collaborate closely with the sales team to manage credit limits and support additional finance tasks, such as bank reconciliation
