About the RoleAs a Relief Pharmacist with Boots, you will be responsible for delivering a range of services, exceeding customer expectations, and fostering a positive experience. Your main areas of responsibility will include:
- Providing expert care and advice to customers and patients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Maintaining legal and ethical standards in pharmacy practice, making informed decisions to ensure patient safety.
- Building the capability of store teams through training and development, enhancing their knowledge and skills.
- Conducting regular reviews, audits, and risk assessments to guarantee customer and patient safety, identifying areas for improvement.
- Delivering a variety of professional pharmacy services, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a caring and professional character, demonstrating a genuine desire to make a positive impact. You will need:
- Registration with a relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
- High levels of professional expertise, respected by stakeholders, peers, patients, customers, and external professionals.
- A passion for community pharmacy, driven by a commitment to providing excellent care.
- Collaborative skills, working effectively with a team-centered approach.
- Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations, including national and local services.
- Strong communication skills, able to engage with diverse customers and patients, meeting their varied needs.
We offer a competitive salary, estimated at £35,000 - £55,000 per annum, based on location and experience. Additional benefits include:
