IT Service Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Management Expert to lead our Major Incident Response team at NEC Software Solutions. This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, managing complex situations, and driving process improvements.
About the Role- Lead the end-to-end Major Incident Management process within NEC, ensuring seamless delivery and minimizing disruption to our services.
- Manage a team of experts across multiple locations, focusing on effective communication, coaching, and development to achieve exceptional results.
- Maintain high-performance standards by measuring, monitoring, and reviewing team performance using KPIs and CSFs, aligning with business objectives and IT strategy.
- Develop and own the Major Incident Management process, ensuring it is well-documented, audited, and continuously improved.
- Closely collaborate with other process managers to deliver a comprehensive, ITIL-aligned service experience for stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and 3rd-party organizations as required, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
- 5+ years of experience in Service Management, with a strong focus on Major Incident Management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, resource allocation, and customer service skills.
- Possess ITIL v3 Foundation and Intermediate qualifications, with eligibility for NPPVL3 + SC clearance.
- A competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
