This is a great opportunity to work with leading-edge technology and support the innovative use of digital tools within our organisation.

The successful candidate will have experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Office 365 products on a range of devices, as well as strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. They will be responsible for maintaining our IT systems, identifying and resolving technical issues, and providing exceptional customer service to our staff and partners.

This role involves working closely with our DDaT team to deliver our Digital Transformation programme, as well as travelling to Fire Stations across the Cleveland area to support firefighters and the technology on board our fire appliances and other emergency vehicles. The successful candidate will have a flexible approach, excellent organisational skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexible working, membership of the Local Government pension scheme, and free parking at any of our sites.
