Job Title: Engineering Leadership Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Leadership Manager to join our team at Kerry's Hartlepool site. This key role provides leadership and direction to the engineering department.

About the Role:
  • Lead the engineering department, ensuring compliance with local, national, and regional regulations.
  • Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to drive efficiency improvements.
  • Manage capital projects, process optimisation, energy management, and maintenance delivery on site.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification in Process manufacturing engineering or related process-based engineering, and experience in applying engineering principles in practical application.

Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
