We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead our development team at beBee Professionals. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions while mentoring junior developers and ensuring code quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement high-performance software applications.
  • Lead technical decision-making processes and code reviews.
  • Mentor junior software engineers in best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
  • Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Troubleshoot and debug software issues as they arise.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • Strong proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Proven experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
