Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team at our Hartlepool site. As a key member of our engineering department, you will provide leadership and direction to ensure the successful delivery of engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the engineering department in ensuring all local, national, and regional compliance requirements are met and maintained.
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage site engineering activities, including capital planning, project identification, and maintenance delivery.
- Support the engineering team in applying technical skills and ingenuity to resolve issues and modify processes.
- Oversee the development and implementation of the site's engineering budget.
- A relevant qualification/degree in Process manufacturing engineering or related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to apply engineering principles in practical application.
£60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
