We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Kids Wear Sales Manager to join our team at Tagged Resources.

As a strategic thinker, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key partners to expand our market presence. Your background in buying will be advantageous for this role, allowing you to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with existing and potential retailers and e-tailers to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with retailers and e-tailers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management, suggesting improvements where necessary.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to retail partners, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the kidswear apparel industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
