About the Role

Tagged Resources is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Kids Wear Sales Manager to join our team. This exciting new role will play a crucial part in expanding our market presence through strategic partnerships and sales growth.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key partners, including retailers and e-tailers. They will work closely with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with existing and potential retailers and e-tailers to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with retailers and e-tailers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management, suggesting improvements where necessary.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to retail partners, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the kidswear apparel industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a basic salary, we also offer benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave entitlement.
