About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Channels Director to lead our global corporate digital channels and influence local corporate channels. As a key member of the Communications & Corporate Brand (C&CB) team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the digital strategy for corporate channels, aligning with our corporate communications strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy for corporate channels, including content creation, social media management, and web development.
  • Establish an effective content model and principles for corporate-owned digital channels globally and locally.
  • Contribute to the Corporate Affairs Editorial Board to ensure prioritization and impact of all communications to employees and stakeholders.
  • Advise on reactive communications, creating and deploying tactics to mitigate risks, particularly on social media.
  • Build digital communications capability of senior leaders in partnership with Communications Business Partners.
  • Partner with External Affairs on key messaging and external opportunities for corporate digital channels.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to align social and web approaches to meet respective objectives.
  • Develop a high-performing digital communications team with clear objectives, capabilities, and development plans.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital communications, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
  • Proven track record of external and internal channel optimization, content development, and social media management.
  • Strong business acumen and experience operating within a leadership team outside core area of expertise.
  • Measurement and analytics skills, with experience in web development and build.
