About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Director to join our team at Oliver UK Group. As a Senior Account Director, you will be responsible for leading our client relationships and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Project Management
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategy, account, and creative teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior account management or business development role, preferably in the creative or production agency sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Ability to think strategically, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and production processes, with the ability to leverage this expertise to drive business growth.
