About the Role

As an Account Director, you will be responsible for the profitable and operational management of a Contract for a Pharmaceutical manufacturer. You will create and sustain a cohesive, cost-effective team to deliver the Contract's objectives. You will also interface with the Client to ensure satisfactory service delivery and contribute to the SEBU management team's success.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead a team of 12-14 individuals delivering a complete Hard Service plan, including Mechanical, Electrical & Fabric Maintenance.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve service delivery.
  3. Collaborate with the Client to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  4. Manage the Contract's budget and resources to ensure profitability and efficiency.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary up to £70,000, plus a vehicle allowance of £5,000 (net), 5% Annual Bonus, pension, 35 days holiday (including statutory holidays), mobile phone & laptop.

Requirements

  1. At least 3 years' experience at a senior level within the Facilities Management / Building Services environment.
  2. Computer literate.
