We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team at Kingston Barnes Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the profitable and operational management of a Contract for a Pharmaceutical manufacturer, ensuring the satisfactory service delivery of the contract deliverables.
About the Role
As an Account Director, you will create and sustain a cohesive, cost-effective team for the service delivery of the Contract. You will interface with the Clients to ensure the satisfactory service delivery of the contract deliverables. This is a very supportive and inclusive environment, built to help people succeed and enjoy their working life.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 12-14 individuals delivering a complete Hard Service plan, including Mechanical, Electrical & Fabric Maintenance.
- Oversee the profitable and operational management of the Contract.
- Interface with Clients to ensure satisfactory service delivery.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary up to £70,000, vehicle allowance £5,000 (net), 5% Annual Bonus, pension, 35 days holiday (including statutory holidays), mobile phone & laptop.
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience at a senior level within the Facilities Management / Building Services environment.
- Computer literate.
