Financial Reporting Lead

Job Description
We're seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Lead to join our Finance team. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial and management accounting, as well as reporting for the UK entities.
- Develop and implement effective accounting processes and procedures to ensure compliance with UK GAAP, US GAAP, and internal policies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Collaborate with the UK Operations Finance team to ensure smooth operation of finance functions.
- Support the UK Tax manager with Corporation tax filings and provide necessary accounting analysis or reporting.
- Oversee VAT returns and compliance for all UK entities.
As a Financial Reporting Lead, you'll have a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. You'll be an accountant accredited with ACA/ACCA and have a minimum of five years of industry experience. The estimated salary for this position is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
