Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Tutor/Assessor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Classroom-based training for financial services administrator levels 2 and 3, as well as visiting learners in the workplace on a local basis.

Main Responsibilities

- Deliver Classroom-based training sessions for financial services administrator levels 2 and 3
- Assess learner progression using an e-portfolio system
- Conduct mock tests to ensure learners are prepared for the workforce
- Manage a caseload of learners and produce regular progress reports

Requirements

- Recognized Assessor qualification (TAQA, A1, D32/D33, or CAVA)
- Experience in delivering financial services administrator levels 2 and 3 or similar subjects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
