Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Trainer and Assessor to join our team. As a Trainer and Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering financial services administrator levels 2 and 3 training programmes in a classroom setting.

In addition to teaching, you will also be required to assess learners' skills and knowledge, providing feedback and guidance to ensure they reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver financial services administrator levels 2 and 3 training programmes
  • Absorb industry trends, technologies, and best practices to update your knowledge and skills
  • Communicate effectively with learners, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records of learner progress and assessments

Requirements:

  • Possession of a relevant qualification such as TAQA or A1 or D32/D33, or CAVA
  • Experience in delivering financial services administrator levels 2 and 3 or similar training programmes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is approximately £30,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits including free parking. We are based in Cramlington, NE23 7BF, which offers easy access to public transportation links.
