Are you an experienced and passionate Educational Psychologist looking for a rewarding opportunity? We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Educational Psychologist to conduct EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) assessments on a temporary contract basis.

**Role Overview**:
As an Educational Psychologist, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating the educational needs of students and providing insightful assessments to support the development of EHCPs. Your expertise will contribute to creating tailored plans that empower students with diverse needs to achieve their full potential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough assessments of students' learning and emotional needs, using a range of psychological tools and methods.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to gather information and provide holistic insights for EHCP development.
- Produce well-written, comprehensive reports that outline assessment findings, recommendations, and strategies for supporting students' educational progress.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and provide expert guidance on educational interventions and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and research in educational psychology to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Qualified Educational Psychologist with relevant postgraduate qualifications.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Proven experience in conducting EHCP assessments and providing evidence-based recommendations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations in educational psychology.
- Flexibility to work on a temporary contract basis.
