Responsibilities:

The Financial Analysis Assistant will be responsible for assisting the senior management team in understanding financial information and identifying key trends and variances from budget and/or forecast.

You will manage the preparation of monthly management accounts, short-term forecasts, and budgets in line with group reporting formats and deadlines. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in preparing 'bridges'/analysis highlighting key movements between actual and budget/forecast.

This role requires a strong technical accounting knowledge and practical experience of standard costing. You should also possess excellent working knowledge of accounts/finance IT systems, database management, and proficiency in office IT systems, including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
