Job Title: Dispute Resolution Associate



About the Role:



We are seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Associate to join our highly regarded disputes team in Farnborough.



The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of various disputes and processes, as well as excellent communication and client care skills. They will be responsible for working closely with corporates, investors, financial institutions, creditors, and other stakeholders on contentious matters.



Key Responsibilities include:




  • Collaborate with clients: Work with corporates, investors, financial institutions, creditors, and other stakeholders on contentious matters.
  • Casework: Support the growth of junior individuals while managing your caseload.


Requirements:



To succeed in this role, you will need to possess impressive knowledge of various disputes and processes. You should also be able to apply practical knowledge to commercial business issues, demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills, and have experience working with clients directly.



Salary Range: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum.
