Job Summary

This role involves providing commercial, contractual, and technical interpretation on contract terms and conditions as the lead for existing contracts with key customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading contractual interactions with customers, representing the Contracts team at customer meetings, and advising on the status of contractual issues and resolution.

They will also be responsible for managing and drafting customer communications in support of programme delivery, owning contract management and compliance activities, and proactively managing customer disputes and complaints.
