Business Growth Manager

RT Consulting is delighted to be recruiting for one of our sister companies, Symbiotics Ltd. As a leading provider of pre-screening and assessment services for aviation professionals, Symbiotics supports a diverse range of aviation businesses with comprehensive assessment solutions.
Symbiotics has been a trusted partner to airlines, flight schools, OEMs, and business jet operators worldwide since its inception in 1996. Operating across 130 locations in 80 countries, the organisation delivers over 11,500 tests monthly through its innovative ADAPT assessment programmes.
This position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow within a dynamic and innovative organisation, working closely with our sister company Symbiotics Ltd. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for securing new clients and expanding existing relationships through strategic sales planning, client engagement, and revenue generation.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans. They will also have a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the aviation industry.
